American Red Cross Blood Drive

Giving blood is an easy (and quick!) way to make a difference.  Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood.  That’s why Hope Lutheran continues its mission to help save lives by hosting a blood drive.  The community is invited to take part in this special event and donate blood for hospital patients in our neighborhoods and local communities.  The need for blood is constant,  each donation can save up to three lives.  Patients are trusting blood and platelet donors to ensure lifesaving care is ready as soon as it’s needed. By rolling up a sleeve, you play a critical role in the treatment of accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients, and those receiving treatment for leukemia, cancer or sickle cell disease.
